Yio Chu Kang
Lentoria is a residence in the Yio Chu Kang housing estate, together with the region’s other types of housing like HDB flats and landed houses. It has its own light industrial park, recreational spots and a diverse educational hub. This region is truly Singapore’s live, work and play neighbourhood.
Lentor Gardens is at the western part of Yio Chu Kang and was predominantly a private landed estate before the arrival of the Thomson-East Coast Line. The land plots in Lentor Hills estate are set aside for high rise condos. At the other ends of Yio Chu Kang estate are the light industial zones, namely Tagore in the west and Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park in the east. The estate is connected via 2 main highways; the Central Expressway (CTE) in the East and Seletar Expressway (SLE) in the North. Amoy Quee Camp is an established military compound in Yio Chu Kang.
Ang Mo Kio
Ang Mo Kio is among the oldest HDB estates in our city state. Completed in the 80s, it is the pioneer to be constructed using metric dimensions. The concept of town councils started with Ang Mo Kio in 1986, as a pilot project to enhance the services within the HDB neighbourhoods. This idea was later adopted in the Town Council Act of 1988 and continues to be the second-level of administration of Singapore today.

This park has an Amphitheatre, a McDonald’s, and is located just next to Nee Soon Town Council and the Mayflower Market and Food Center.
